Canonical Aid is a public charity exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3).  Donors can deduct contributions under IRC Section 170, and any bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts are also tax deductible pursuant to IRC Sections 2055, 2106, and 2522.*
